Our Investor mandate is the management of premium, secure and over collateralized opportunities that always offer investors the highest rate of return in our industry.

Terms are negotiable between 1 and 5 years. The term automatically renews if the client decides not to give notice 2 months prior to the term expiring. In the event of a 5 year term maturing, the note may be rolled over annually at the 5 year rate.

Rates are fixed from initiation through the end of the term. Our industry is not affected by bank rates or economic fluctuations like STOCKS, MUTUAL FUNDS, etc. We purchase liquid assets and income streams at a discount with a fixed return. We are not purchasing Investments!

Interest is paid monthly and you have the choice of either withdrawing or accruing your interest. If the interest is accrued your return is maximized by compounding interest. Interest may also be paid as a one time payment at the end of your chosen term.
